Tracey Wooten is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients implement strategic planning initiatives to maximize efficiency and increase profitability. Her ability to research historical data and make recommendations for systematic changes has been instrumental in driving operational growth.
For over 30 years, Tracey has worked as an Operations Director in the manufacturing industry, supporting corporate executives and organizational leaders in analyzing market trends and developing processes to facilitate customer retention and increase annual recurring revenue.
Tracey was able to leverage her forecasting and strategic planning skills, as well as her
knowledge of operations management, to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate agents increase revenue by orchestrating the implementation of process improvement initiatives to streamline the transaction process from contract to closing. This alleviates the administrative burden on agents, allowing them to expand their capacity for acquiring new business.
